The idea is to post seven songs I'm really into right now, regardless whether they have any redeeming social value or are, in fact, good. Here goes!

2. Corb Lund Band, "Time To Switch To Whiskey"
3. The Weakerthans, "One Great City!"
4. The Arcade Fire, "Une Annee Sans Lumiere"
5. Led Zeppelin, "Stairway To Heaven" -- I just really like the line about "our shadows taller than our souls". That, and I'm a big mystical hippie.
6. Goldfrapp, "Lovely To See You"
7. Snow Patrol feat. Martha Wainwright, "Set The Fire To The Third Bar"
And I hate to be giving into all the Mountain Goats hype, but actually "Wild Sage" is a pretty good song, going by the one time I heard it on the webradio all the kids are using these days. |

OK so...
I never, but never update. And I really have no reason to tonight except to say:
1. If you are a scarywondrous Franziful slackenette, hiiiii! I never update, so don't bother checking. I've got me Blogspot, which is perhaps less wondrous than an LJ but it is where I live. See: www.capitalcapital.blogspot.com.
2. I'm probably showing up on a few people's friend pages. Hooray! And I love you all, people-whose-friends-I-am. I hope you are having good weeks, and that I will see you all soon, especially as I will be home for Christmas soon. I'm very excited about that.
God, I'm tired. Finals are hatred. It's late. I am now done. DONE! The end! |

Man. I have so much work to do and I know I said I wasn't going to "keep" a fourth blog because, well, that would be dumb. However, I have been messing around with my settings and LOOKIE, I have an icon now. It's magical. And I am totally going to use the Jon Stewart one that Tawnie made for me at some point soon, just as I so frequently do for MSN, because it is cool. But tonight, I am just going to complain briefly about homework, then depart. And also (nobody tell anybody) I think I am about to get myself in boy trouble again. But this time, it'll be different, won't it?
Won't it?
Edited to add: Wait a minute. Since January I have gotten in boy trouble twice. Twice in two months. That's... once a month. WTF, self? |

Hi folks. I really, really don't need four blogs -- the evils of management are too great. But I started a LJ account because of my friends who have them, and I wanted to be able to comment from within the system, as it were. That way I can have an avatar. That's about it, really. |
